While an hour's drive from Wichita, this gem is worth it! Large selection of fabric, notions, and patterns as well as antiques. Needle in a Haystack has many completed quilts on display with patterns available so you can make one of your own! Staff is helpful and friendly as well. read more

Love the shop! The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The Needle has a wide selection of beautiful material, patterns, kits, etc. It is well worth a visit and you will have a beautiful drive through part of the Flint Hills of Kansas. read more

This quilt shop is along highway 400 west of Severy so it is easy to stop when I'm driving between Wichita & Branson. Nice staff and numerous varieties of quality cotton fabrics. It's worth your time to stop and shop. read more
