I observed this at both locations (a week apart) and decided not to leave my child either time. I asked what happened that quality went down and was told new management cut hours.

All kids were talking or making some sort of noise. Just imagine how that sounds while you sit in that room. Not sure how kids learn there. I was overwhelmed when I left. I feel overwhelmed again just thinking about that place. I would not recommend. Baby room seemed like a jail. 3 kids (age maybe 6months-9months) were in area behind pony wall. Kids were crawling around and not one staff member was inside. I wouldn't want my daughter in there that for sure. Not safe. All staff looked extremely overwhelmed throughout classes. Overworked understaffed rooms are too small that amount of kids have.

I love that my daughter is always sent home in a clean diaper and they let me know things like what she had to eat during her visit. The variety of play and entertainment options is nice. There is a playset with a slide, toys for imaginative play, and a tv area. Certain days they have arts and crafts activities. My daughter has come home with some darling creations. My two year old has the best time here. She's on the shy side and warmed up to being here easily. My six year old begged to join her sister and had the best time too. I couldn't be more thankful that Need A Break exists. It has been a lifesaver to be able to drop my two year old here.
