This is the billing department for urgent care of Lincoln. They sent our bill to a random…read moreresidential address instead of our employer. Then called us a dozen times wondering why our employer hadn't paid it yet. We gave them the correct address for our employer every time they called and they never could get it sent to them. "Our back end department is working on getting the bill to the correct address" is what we got for the last 5 phone calls. It's probably even a HIPPA violation that they sent it to a random house on Prescott. Worst billing department ever.
