The Trainingcentre is perfectly located close to recreational areas, making it easy to combine gymtraining with a walk around Sognsvann (lake), a run in the forest, or to go for a swim! This is my absolute favourite of the training centres to go to! Love to be here! Unfortunately there are no instructors available if such service is needed! The pool wasn't crowded and I was able to get a lane to myself or share worth only one person - a rare treat. I'll definitely be back.
