I struggled primarily with having the time to do what needed to be done. When I found ReSolve Home Organizing and Styling, I knew I found the right team for the job! During the original assessment, Kim listened attentively to what I wanted and what were our problem areas. Within the first hour of working, I could already see the difference!! Kim and Anna Marie were so delightful, helpful and professional. They turned an unused space into a delightful and useful sitting area that we continue to admire. Our home office and spare bedroom is now functional and delightful. They took the things that I loved and cleverly placed them around my home so that they were visible, but not cluttered or junky. Just what I was looking for! One of my primary reasons for selecting ReSolve was the focus on Reduce, Reorganize, Restyle and Recreate - just as the name says. I really did not want to just throw out items that I no longer needed. Kim helped to donate items in good shape and sale items that had a resell value. By the time they finished, my home has a more polished, styled and cozy feel I was seeking. Affordable and efficient, I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.     I requested through Costco someone to come and take measurements for a desk/bookshelf in the…read moreoffice and Beth came and provided us with a design that she worked with her Autocad while she was here. We approved the design and waited about four months for the huge piece to be built. It looks wonderful and it is just what we wanted. Two countertop 4 feet pieces had to be built again and replaced because there was a gap of about .5 inch on each side that the installer told us about when he finished and he assured us it was all the way from the back wall and not just on the front which they eventually tried to blame on the wall. Even if the wall was bowed the measuring should have accounted for the variance. What is important here is that they did replace the two 4 foot pieces with two new slightly larger pieces that make it all the way to the wall and leave no gaps at all. It took some explaining to the owner/manager and he ordered the replacement pieces and this time he sent two people that had to do some disassembling but got it done in less than four hours and did a great job. The company will stand behind their work and make any repairs to make it look professional and that is why even if we had to wait a little longer we are giving them 5 stars. Very happy with the work done and if I had to use them again I would do it in a heartbeat.

You also seem to enjoy saying Jessica went to the store for me again she could have walked to the store it's all of 2 blocks, I did not ask her to go to Walmart and spend an hour. So that is not an excuse. Name / Address Terms Requested By Dixie Description/Services Qty Unit / Hourly Total ****RECOMMENDED SERVICES**** Areas to be addressed are master bedroom, closet, bathroom, garage and guest bedroom. 1) Provide a crew of Steri-Clean hoarding remediation technicians to perform the following services. 2) Sort through contents of home and separate into the following categories: keep, donate, discard, and e-waste. 3) All keep items are to be kept in residence and placed where appropriate, or as directed by resident/family. 4) All items for donation can either be left in one area of home for pickup by charity of homeowners/residents choice, or transported to the Steri-Clean warehouse for donation to charity of our choice. Thank you for reaching out; I'm sorry to hear you have grown unhappy with our services. I have gone back and reviewed the before and after photographs as well as our documentation from Jessica's onsite visit with you prior and daily work reports. By all reports, you were pleased with the work we did onsite. Jessica is out on medical leave herself right now so I'm unable to reach her to share this with her. When comparing the 'before' and 'after' photographs of the rooms, there is a marked difference in the depth of the clutter and it appears that a great deal of space was cleared and function returned to the areas. Additionally your closet appears very organized and neat. I cannot explain why items were placed in certain boxes; what you described is not typical at all of our approach and honestly, I've never heard this from any other client. I do know that we ask our clients to be the decision makers on keep items and while we may not stage them exactly as you would, our protocol prior to leaving, is to ensure you are satisfied. For example, if the boxes were not where you wanted them in the garage, we would have gladly moved them while onsite. It is difficult for me to assess this complaint a month later with only positive feedback to my team prior. We do not normally label or itemize keep items. Did you request this of my team? That can be time consuming; however, we would have gladly done this if asked. I am sorry that you chose to spend Jessica's time going to the store for you as that definitely detracted from her time onsite. I have no idea how long she was gone or why; however, with a simply phone call to me at the time, I could have investigated this. We are glad to do things like this for our clients, but it does ultimately take time from what we are there to do. We are unable to issue refunds at this late date and with no opportunity to address your concerns in a timely manner.
