Located on the Upper Mall within the Bullring, this store, and their wonderful products will have you hooked for life! They initially were just for men as they had their products in London's top hotels. They source their ingredients from beautiful and amazing places all over the world, such as The Himalayas, Far tropics of Indonesia, Australasia etc. Unlike cheap shower gels, the oil content in these products is very high, so you only need and use a small amount, the fragrance lingers all day and I always receive many compliments from friends asking what I'm wearing. You can buy the small shower gels in a gift set, or the large containers. Soaps, hand washes and now beauty treatments such as bath salts are also available. They are wonderful on your skin, even the soap is a great moisture boost for the blokes. They are very friendly in here, and once you realise that you can't live without these products, you can also sign up to a free email letter, like a newsletter, at the till, to keep you updated on new releases etc. My favourites include classical heavenly gingerlilly, sensual henaleni (only available at Christmas), wild indigo, and the silver birch tree bath salt. This is pure luxury, the scents of the products and creams are like no other, although they are not cheap, you'll value these and love the compliments!

Using only the finest ingredients, they leave out all of the gunk and cheap stuff to make really good, quality products. I can't remember the name of the associate who assisted me during my visit, but she was super friendly and she also gave me a nice sized sample of the BIG Shampoo. My hair used to be A LOT thicker and longer than it is now, so lately I've been looking for products that will help it grow and have volume. I wasn't sure if the stores in the U.S. would carry the same items, but after looking online, I saw that they do carry the same products. I would have purchased the BIG Shampoo, but decided to wait until I got back state side. Every little ounce counts when you have to check in luggage, lol! I like the smell of the shampoo, and it almost feels like a scrub for your scalp. I do use a scrub on my scalp once or twice a week to prevent any buildup of hair products. The sample I was given was enough for at least 5 shampoos!! I was shocked that you only need just a small amount to get a good lather going. I still have some left! Once I get the full set with the conditioner, I'll have to write another review to update. Get the BIG Shampoo if you need some volume in your hair! It will feel like you're getting a luxurious scalp massage! Stop in to see what other treasures you can find. They have everything from sleeping dust to body jellies. All natural ingredients that are good to your skin and hair? Sign me up!! Prices do reflect the quality, so you may be a little sticker shocked. To me, it's definitely worth every penny!

However... once a month on that beautiful day we all know as Payday, I make my pilgrimage to Lush. I don't buy a lot - but always get my two favorite items; Blue Skies bubble bar and a Brazened Honey face mask. I agree with Lydia, sometimes there are too many staff which can feel like you're being bothered. However, on the flip side; if you're not sure what you're looking for they are there to help. If you are looking for a gift for a bathaholic - you can't really go wrong with the natural products available at Lush. I collect my black face mask pots too, so when I have reached 5 empties I get a new one for free! Bargainous! I have attended free events here too, which have always been fun and informative. The products aren't cheap (my bubble bar is around £6), but you don't have to use much of each item to get the desired effect. My face masks last me a good 6 weeks and I can get about 5 or 6 really bubbly baths out of a bar. Their make up range is really vibrant and good for your skin too; especially handy if you suffer from breakouts. They do a good range of gifts which are around £5, so if you're looking for a secret santa present - they do a special range which are pre-wrapped, really pretty and have a good sample of a few products to try.

That said, their organic beauty products are reliably effective, if not rather pricey. Until the branch opened in Solihull, my luxury treat bottles of hand lotion and hand wash had to be ordered online or picked up during visits to London. What Neal's actually does is various organic skincare remedies, including natural cosmetics, and aromatherapy. In my experience, stores such as this tend to be one of two types - either elegant, boutique type shops, or less professional looking types with not all that much time put into their branding, and Neal's most definitely falls into the former category. It looks extremely elegant and sleek, and I was apprehensive when I first went in looking for something for Mother's Day, expecting everything to be well out of my price range. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that given the high quality of the products, the prices were extremely reasonable, with a gift set containing 4 different products costing just £25. Don't be intimidated by the sleek exterior, and give it a try!

There is a perfume section at the back of the shop but most of the perfumes are for the ladies (sorry guys.) I loved it here because the smells tantalised my sense of smell.
