In my experience, he has been very unprofessional, aggressive, off base, and has tried to intimidate and threaten me. He ran into the wrong guy. I'm not the type to be treated like this by ANYONE, especially an attorney who is supposed to be representing my children as a GAL. He has taken every opportunity to bash me, threaten me and harass me. He has even demanded at one point that I put my kids in a very vulnerable and potentially dangerous situation. I consider myself a great father to my children and am lucky to have an ex that is a great mother, too. I don't know what this guy's problems are, but he definitely has problems. He probably thinks he is "getting to me" and finds that funny, but that's not the case. If you have been treated badly or unfairly, including with his billing practices, you are encouraged to submit a complaint online or by mail to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, as I have done. You can also contact me directly anytime and I'm always more than happy to help you. This individual needs to be put in check. He needs to be stopped in his tracks. The only people who can do that are US. I am still in the middle of my divorce case, and I remain hopeful that the Judge does not sanction me for expressing my factual concerns publicly about this individual that calls himself a counselor. I honestly think expressing my concerns here are way past due and might actually help protect children and their parents. I will always follow Court orders and I encourage you to always do the same.
