Cameron Neal did 2 roofs for us, moved out of town when they leaked, warranty no good, came back to town now making lots of money and attending Church here, flaunting his toys but refuses to refund or live up to the warranties. At one point he had his young kids and his Wife on our roof read more

Our first utility bill for the month BEFORE we moved in, came in at over $500 on a 1650 sq ft house due to a faulty unit. when I notified the builder they ignored it. Finally when he had to respond, he told me it is the AC companies problem. Even though I did not hire this company HE did! the Ac company didn't respond because they have no relationship with us since Lilley hired them. Neither will take responsibility and if you let Lilley build your house he will use the same company. we still have several things on our punch list that have not been fixed after a year. Once Doug Lilley gets his money he done with you and that is not an exaggeration. in the beginning he seemed so in tune with making this a pleasant experience for us. Dont fall for that. Doug Lilley has no interest in his customers once he gets his money. There are MUCH better options for homebuilders. stay away from Lilley Construction. You can thank me later.

Bridgette and her husband were referred to me by my Realtor to help get my late mother's home ready to sell. I live in Austin and the house is in Magnolia, so I was relying heavily on trust -- and they earned it completely. Bridgette offered honest advice that actually saved me money, suggesting I not paint certain rooms and instead update light fixtures to brighten the space. She even shopped at Habitat for Humanity to find stylish, affordable fixtures that pulled the whole house together beautifully, because she empathized with my situation. They rekeyed the doors, handled everything quickly, and never once took advantage of the fact I wasn't there. They work hard, they care, and they go above and beyond. I'm so grateful I found them.

Also appreciate the, "INSPECT AS YOU EXPECT" culture of owner. After receiving the quote and agreeing on a project solution, they made it back out to the house the next morning to fix, sending pictures throughout the process. He recommended using expanding foam to fill the hole, which not only worked but was relatively inexpensive, while still doing the job. Working with them was great. Not only did they send frequent updates through my preferred method of communication, but he was able to recommend a fix that worked for the problem at hand and solve it quickly. Would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking for contracting work in or around their home.
