I contacted NEA Plumbing to come and provide an estimate to replace all of the piping in the house. They we courteous on the phone, professional and prompt arriving at the house and gave us what we felt was an acceptable estimate. I told them I wanted them to complete the work. I was told we'd receive an emailed copy of the estimate that afternoon.
The estimate was not received, and I called them to ask about the estimate. The party who answered the phone told me "they" had been looking at our project and had decided they were not going to do the job. I asked when they planned to let me know. I was told they thought I'd understand they were not interested when I didn't receive the estimate. I explained then and in a follow-up call that we were not in a rush so long as they could work us into the schedule. I was again met with disinterest.
I cannot, and would not recommend NEA Plumbing for any work residential or commercial. Their word is no good and they did not stand behind what I considered a verbal contract. They had no problem leaving us hanging in the dark.
