The login was unsuccessful. I called their customer service number and talked to somebody there. I was informed that there was no record of my account or my money. It appeared that the bank employee had conveniently "misplaced" my money and any record of my account. trustco has made no attempt to help me get my money back. Hopefully the people from the reserve, NYS banking commission, and law enforcement will be more helpful.
