The owner ended up scratching the car causing the body paint to come off. I was unsatisfied with the work done and asked the owner to repaint the car, which he ended up doing a very poor job on. He tried to blame me for already having the scratches there when I had bought the car new only a month ago. He also raised his voice at me and tried to accuse me of swindling him when I tried to explain my side in a calm and cooperative manner. He has students that are working under him right now so I understand there might be some mishaps along the way but that should be an excuse. I would be fine if they owned up to their mistakes but they instead projected their mistakes and anger back onto me. I still paid the amount they asked for but I want this to be a warning for all future customers.
