Value: reasonably priced I wish i had enough time to share the horrendous setails of my mechanical journee PRIOR TO VISITING THIS SHOP! long story short, after visiting a house mechanic, a mechanic shop, and the jeep dealership I was told that I needed a new car, I needed a wire harness that is no longer made, I need a catalic converter. Keep in mind Jeep emailed me saying they were unable to fix my truck as the wire harness that i needed was no longer made by Jeep. Sent me a bill and asked me to come pick my broken un drivable truck up after being in their shop for a whole month. I got my truck to Tune up specialty and my truck was fixed in 1 week! This guy was transparent with me, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and very manerable and professional, which seems to be a lost attribute these days! I highly recommend him!

Those…read morewere the words my aunt repeatedly said after I called her in tears because my house flooded and I was scheduled to leave for a work trip a few hours later. As a new homeowner I was panicked and didn't know what to do. I called Hal first thing in the very early morning. Not only did he call me back right away, he was at my home within just a few short hours. Hal helped direct the water mitigation company and the plumber, asking questions I would have never even thought of. He reviewed my policy and helped me document the damage, he met my insurance adjuster for the walk through while I was on a plane headed out of state and continued to review invoices and claims every step of the way. Southern States helped me recover much more than what the insurance company initially offered and very clearly explained the breakdown of the estimates. Had my aunt not given me the number to Southern States Public Adjusters I would have never been able to complete the necessary repairs or navigate through all the jargon and paperwork. Working with Hal was like working with family. He was patient, kind, and put me at ease when I was breaking down in a panic. I am so grateful my aunt referred me and now any time I hear someone has home damage the first thing I say is "You need to call Hal at Southern States Public Adjusters. Hal will take care of everything".

He got here relatively early in the day and stayed ALL DAY. He was by himself but he did a great job. I'm getting my house ready to go on the market and I'm disabled so getting stuff done is a bit rough for me, so every bit of help is a blessing and he was a WONDERFUL BLESSING! He got to a lot of things that I just couldn't reach or lift to get behind. He asked what I needed as far as specific items and did it so that was great. He does general cleaning, not deep cleaning, which was ok by me because either way it was less that I had to do. I would definitely recommend him and definitely use him again.
