Always well staffed, usually with a greeter at the front of the branch. Had no problems here setting up a business bank account, where I did at other banks! On the downside it shuts at 4pm in the afternoon so if you have a late rush they've already closed!

Excellent Barclays Bank branch, built into two parts. About 5 counters to use and 3 in operation…read moremost the time! The other side has desk with advisors, which can get quite busy as this is the main branch in Southampton. Plenty of seats to wait and theres always the free Barclays pens. The branch is open till 5pm weekdays and Saturday morning as well. The staff inside are pretty good and fast, and I've never had any problems with anything I've done there, includes cashing foreign cheques! Good branch to use, just avoid the lunch hour rush!

A good sizes branch of Lloyds TSB with all the services, plenty of counters and desks you can get…read moreinformation at/change details etc. They even have a triple cashpoint lobby inside which is available 24 hours a day. Sometimes very useful. There can be queues inside especially at lunchtimes but they go through customers pretty quickly and have always been helpful when I've been in there!

This is quiet a big Lloyds TSB branch with cash machines both outside and just inside the entrance…read moreso the queues for these are not normally long. When I go in there is always a queue for the customer services and the cashier desks. They now have a ticket system for the customer service where you take a ticket with a number on and they call your number when it is your turn. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been given some information one day and told I was given the wrong information the next time.
