A very friendly and helpful bank, service is normally quite quick and very efficient, with an information desk for any queries you may have, which speeds up the queues at the counters. There is normally a customer service advisor on hands as well to help with any questions you may have, or if your just paying money in, to help you with that.
My only negative point about the bank is that they can be quite persisitant at times to try and make an apppointment for you to see a mortgage advisor, or to have a review of your account. But they do have internet banking available which is quick and easy to set up, and one sure fire way to avoid those annoying sales pitches in the bank. read more
