About 2 weeks ago, I woke in the middle of the night with an explosive headache, ear and facial pressure like I never experienced. The CAT Scan, Brain MRI and brain studies came back negative. The Neurologist gave me a sample of Nurtec to try. He said the drug is costly and to check with my drug plan. I contacted my Medicare Preferred Pharmacy and was told that the medication will cost me $298. I asked for how many days and was told it will cost me $298 per pill. I then decided to contact Dr Lee (as I refer to him). He is an exceptional practitioner and healer. He is superior to all the western medicine providers that I use. He always makes sure that I am comfortable and asks me pointed questions to get to the root of the problem. No other provider has taken the time to hear me and figure out what's wrong. Dr Lee asked if I was having neck pain which I have been having for about a month and then started treating me. I walked out of his office headache free and the pressure that I had in my ears and face were gone. He provided me with exercises to do to help strengthen my neck and I am doing much better now. Dr Lee truly cares about his patients, always accommodating and does everything to resolve the issue. I was first referred to him 10+ years ago for a herniated disc, then treated with him for my asthma, bladder issues, knee pain and joint pain. I have avoided taking a lot of costly medications with side effects. Dr Lee is the BEST!

When I arrived, they still hadn't finished submitting my paperwork. While I was waiting, the front desk lady asked me to do something, so I politely asked her to clarify. Instead of explaining, the doctor suddenly walked in with an attitude, told me "don't tell my employee what to do" -- without even knowing what was going on. On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to. At that point, I decided I didn't want to deal with the unprofessional energy and said I was going to leave. As I walked out, both the doctor and the front desk lady said "good." I came in already in pain and just wanted care, but what I got was rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already vulnerable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to find a doctor's office that respects and values their patients. Since moving to Hicksville I needed to find a new doctor for my weekly adjustments and think I walked into a place I'll be forever revisiting. I absolutely would recommend any of my friends or family to come get any sort of chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Lee and or the appropriate acupuncture needed. Everyone here is friendly and extremely professional, the doctor asks about any sorts of discomfort and issues and gives advice to alleviate any future problems where he can.

I had just recently had a major trigger and was experience a strange breathing problem where my breaths would just stop whenever I tried to go to sleep at night. My heart was also skipping beats 24% of the time (reading from my heart monitor) and my Cardiologist insisted that I needed to have surgery (Cardiac Ablation). I had seen several different doctors and specialists who all had no answers about my breathing issues and they hid behind their skepticism of whether I was even truly having those symptoms. Dr. Wang, however, was honest and didn't claim to have the answer himself, but he shared his own personal story of when he was once a young man who struggled with something similar. He had a suspicion that all my symptoms might have shared the same source of problem - anxiety. So he said, "Let's give it a try." After just the first treatment, that night was the first night in 3 weeks that I was able to sleep more than 5 hours. I slept for 7 whole hours. Then on the next night, I slept for 8 hours and knew that it could not have just been luck. The acupuncture was working. So I immediately called him to schedule another appointment right away, and another, and then another. I wound up seeing him 3x a week for about 3 weeks. That was all it took for me to see all my symptoms go away about 85-90%. No more need for heart surgery. And during that whole time, he did not try to prescribe me any herbs. When I had asked why, he simply said that he wanted to wait and see. That showed me that he was genuinely trying to do the right thing for me and not simply trying to make more money. This was my first real acupuncture experience and I walked in as a skeptic. But I can honestly say that I'm a believer now. And I trust Dr. Wang.

She was having intense pain and shortness of breath due to severely swollen tonsils and glands. She felt significant relief after the 1st session and continued to improve with subsequent sessions. Dr. Wang was very throrough, professional, and kind. I picked him because of his credentials but I'm staying with him because he's proven himself to be so effective!

My search (nearby my office) led me to AALI. I had seen this place a few times before but never bothered to check them out. I quickly called them to make an appointment and they took me the same day. Luckily, they are willing to work their hours around their patients so they were able to see me at 5:30. I printed out the forms online and met with Jodie. She was very kind and funny and thoroughly went through my medical background with me. She made sure she understood why I was there and what I needed to be treated for. She's very gentle with her application of the needles (then again acupuncture never actually hurts). She explained what the different points do and let me lay with a bunch of needles hanging out my back, arms, and legs for 20 minutes. I felt fantastic after. Their prices are very fair and they offer a set of 3 sessions for $150. I will definitely be back.
