Well, it…read morecertainly isn't like the ones in Germany that have these incredibly fancy ice-cream creations, it just has typical flavoured icecreams, coffee, and cakes. I simply grabbed a coffee and a cake while my brother had some icecream and some juice. Honestly, there wasn't all that much about this place that really grabbed my attention, except for the fact that the outside was packed and the inside was practically empty (but then again I have come to expect that with most places, especially where smokers congregate). The staff were only, and the place was reasonable, but not one of the best.

Sitting on the edge of the River (Somme?) in the centre of Amiens and about 500 yards from the magnificent cathederal the location alone makes it worth visiting. Having said that I would eat here if it had none of those advantages. Not for the veggies but a must for the pork lover. House speciality is spit roasted milk fed pork and it is to die for, there are other things on the menu (salmon duck etc) but it is worth going for the plat de maison great starters and desserts with warm friendly service that is why I have been back several times. Amiens a great city and this restaurant makes it even more worth a visit try it and see for yourself!!!
