These back spasms were the result of a previous injury & were causing me extreme pain to even move my neck enough to get into the car, let alone twist or reach to pull the car door shut. Heather is very experienced, the highest of professionals & knows what methods to use to address the pain and/or limitations I presented. She tested my mobility and drilled down to the areas to target to recover as quickly as possible. By the 2nd visit, I was able to drive myself to the appointment.
