History

Established in 2012.

Naturopath Donna Young developed a unique pregnancy and birthing system after 20 years of research and working with pregnant women. Much of this program was published in the book Powerfully Pregnant in 2012 and has been successfully implemented in nations all around the world. Our advisors are the only ones who can teach the customized version. Women who used this approach were able to overcome morning sickness, lose excess weight, gain energy, decrease water retention and acne, have shorter labors, and much more. Women from many areas of life have used the program successfully to enhance the outcomes for both mother and child by being proactive. It is a program that can be utilized for all types of births, including home births, birth centers, unassisted births, and hospital births.

Each of our consultants has a passion for teaching pregnancy in a way to empower women to have the best possible pregnancy for them. Each pregnancy can be better than the one before if a woman is willing to work with her body. Our goal is to take illness, fatigue, weight gain and complicatons out of pregnancy while leaving beauty, health and empowerment in. We are chosen by athletes, health enthusiasts and other amazing women. If pregnancy were a competetive sport, our clients would be champions.
