We recently had family photos done with Matthew Rose, and he was very communicative and accommodating at first, we took the pictures on a Monday and received the results on Wednesday with "R&R" watermark. I paid the invoice in full on the date of the photos and sent our 15 pictures we selected that week so we can get them back without the watermark. Unfortunately, it has been radio silence since then. I have called Matt, texted, and emailed numerous times. It has been several weeks of me following up trying to get our photos and there has been no communication. I am now trying to figure out how I can get my money back. I would not recommend Roses are Red Photography/Hartwood Photography or Matthew Rose.
