NATO Mail was fine when I started with them in February 2019. Recently they have stopped sending my mail altogether, they won't return calls or emails, and I can't fine out how to cancel my service!! I'm trying to remember everything I need to manually change, but it sure would be nice if they did what they are paid to do. I did speak to the owner a few weeks ago and she told me she was having trouble with her Software program and was not getting support. I get that - but you HAVE to communicate with your customers!!! We were with NATO for a couple years and they were excellent. We recently moved to Georgia. Our mail was forwarded for about a month and then stopped abruptly. This is not like them and wonder what happened? We have tried to call, email and nothing is working. We are liveaboards on a 44 ft trawler. NATO mail has handled our mail services for the last four years. They offer a service that boat owners greatly appreciate. They are responsive and they are willing to go the extra mile to get mail to people in a timely manner. They even go the extra mile and notify you by phone if they feel the mail is of importance or time-sensitive. Highly recommend this company for anybody that is on the move read more

They took good care of customers while in business. Apparently they closed up shop without notice. I'm out my annual membership fee and whatever was in the account for forwarding packages. I have no idea what happened to my mail. I hope nothing tragic happened, but either either way, this sucks. Anyone got another solid mail forwarding service based out of FL? read more

We signed up with NATO Mail last May. Seemed like a good company with a good track record. I haven't really needed them to handle any of my mail until this past month. When my important mail didn't show up at my current address in Michigan (after waiting two weeks) I called. The phone is not in service! Now, I discover on another rating site that a person (who went to their office because she was also not getting her very important mail) discovered the office is empty!!! No sign on the door, no notification to customers on their website, nothing. Just gone, out of business. The USPS says she picked up mail about two weeks ago and that was the last they saw her. Now, the mail is piling up at the post office. SO disappointing to do that to your customers. read more
