She came back with no deposit slip and continued about how the app works. She said the dep is online. The dep was in the statement not seperate. She didn't listen at all. We went back to get the dep slip. We had to go back with certain paperwork. We had an appt and again with Claudia. I told her I didn't appreciate how she spoke with us and we are not new to computers. When I said this is a legal issue so we don't have a lot of time to waste. She then said to us we should of done this last year. My husband said Whoa, my mom was OK last year but now we have an attorney and when I said I needed the dep slip on she never gave it to us. She said she will get the mgr. After she left I told my husband that she is an idiot. This man comes in and said he is the mgr and his name is Mike. He slammed both hands on the desk and he was pushing his head towards us before he started yelling at us and saying nobody will call names in his branch. He said he is a banker, his wife is a banker and his son. I was thinking so what...our sons are lawyers and doctors. When I started to tell him about her he said for me to stop talking he doesn't wasn't to hear from us. I never called her an idiot, I said that to my husband. I have the right to say what I want to my husband and nothing is wrong with that. When we left to go to another branch I went into his office and said I never called HER an idiot. I said did she tell you why we were upset and he said no just that I called her an idiot. I reiterated the idiot remark and then we left. I called another branch on Wiles and I told Mallory on the phone how we were treated. She said that won't happen at their bank. We met Mallory the next day and she was so nice. She even had her mgr come and meet us. She was also very nice. She also apologized for their behavior and what we went through. We bank elsewhere as we were banking for my mother in law at BOA....if we were to change banks it would be at the Wiles BOA..however we are so pleased with Wells Fargo and they helpfulness when needed.

I thought maybe they could get me a little more, but it didn't turn out that way as the major issue is that despite me having uploaded all of my documents through their online portal, and having provided everything they needed, they would not disclose the fees until the day of. And what a shocker that was! I have a simple return that I could probably file myself, but being that I want the backing of a CPA or tax expert in the event of an error or audit, I reached out to these tax professionals for help. After meeting with the rep., she shared the fee schedule and I was beside myself. I--could--not--believe--it!! The fee was outrageous. I politely excused myself and told the rep. that I was not going to be able to use their services, asked her to delete my file and ran out! I mean, it felt like she discharged her gun and hit me in the tuchus. So, I ran back to my pricey but safe professional whom I think I'll stick with.

When questioned about the astronomical fee, he replied, " Well that's what it is!" The manager replied once to an email I wrote explaining the horrible experience we had at her branch. However, when asked to meet with her in person, she had no response at all. Do not use H&R Block for anything. Read the customer reviews online ( not their personal website), but the real ones online. So many of the reviews explain the horrible experiences of ridiculous rates, charges, and fees. Find another company or accountant to file your taxes. You will be much better off. Worst company and branch EVER!!

Unfortunately, one banker was in his office checking email, the other was helping one man in front of me and another customer was sitting in the lounge. 2 bankers. And apparently they only run with appointments, so dont staff well for walk-in customers. I literally came to give them money and they were unable to help. Additionally, they didn't greet me until I inserted myself into the conversation. Prior I had called to discuss a promotion for opening an act and the banker on the phone fed me incorrect information. Literally, I verified later by calling the 800 number. The representative walked me through each detail as well as that the previous banker must of just been making it up as he went because there were no details remotely similar to what he had told me on the phone. It's kinda awkward for a bank to say they meet your banking needs but don't even have the flexibility to help you open account. Like, why be cheap, just pay for the staff and give your customers a good experience. Simple. I was told to come back tomorrow. Instead I went down the street to CitiBank where I was greeted immediately, they had 5 staff members, and was sitting with a banker in 10 minutes and was done in 15 minutes. Even the branch manager came in and introduced themselves.

I showed up just before noon, and walked out the door--receipt in hand--by 12:30. She was forthright in her description of the timeline, and I received my plates in exactly seven business days. That's not the issue, and this review is not about her. Exactly seven days after my initial visit, I happened to be in the area and decided to drop by to see if my plates had arrived. The lady at the front desk offered no welcome, and I had to assert myself in order to state my inquiry. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe I forgot to deactivate my cloaking device--I dunno. A few days later, I figured out that there was an online tool that I could use to check the status of my registration, and lo and behold, my plates had been issued. A short while later, I received a text from Coral Springs Auto Tag & Insurance Agency confirming that my plates were ready for pick-up. I decided to call ahead to find out if there was anything that I needed to bring with me in order to retrieve my tags, but lieu of a simple dignified response, my inquiry was met with condescension and sarcasm. I quickly brushed it off and calmy restated the reason for my inquiry, hoping not to reveal how annoyed I was. When I arrived at the office to retrieve my tag, I did what I always do when I'm a customer in someone else's office--wait to be called. Sadly, it didn't take very long to realise that I was intentionally being ignored by the lady at the front desk, and it was so egregious that Tonya had to get up out of her chair, walk away from her desk and the customer that she'd been helping, in order to do what the subhuman saboteur at the front desk was ostensibly hired to do. Before walking out the front door, I decided to wait a little while to see if she would ever look up to acknowledge me. And it was at that very moment that I knew I would be forced to write this stupid f*cking review. I take absolutely NO pleasure in doing this.
