After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily. Absolutely awful experience -- I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
