I appreciated he wore a mask all the time (correctly, too!) His inspection was extremely thorough, and he didn't mind me tagging along the entire time peppering him with questions. It took around 3 hours, I think. I also had them do the scope of the sewer system. He gave me some great tips for what to tackle going forward, and reassured me regarding some issues I was concerned about. I recommend them without reservation.

Dave Belding inspected my home pending it's sale. Dave cited a "very serious hazard" and "signs of…read moreback draft" on an older water heater. Upon further inspection from Schaal Heating and Cooling, a week later following his report, there is absolutely NO evidence of backdraft or the issues he was citing. While the water heater is older (1998) it is in complete working condition with no issues. This caused stress and concern about something that was not an issue.
