He has a great selection of makes and models and we test drove quite a number before we settled on the perfect car for us. He advised us to take our time and didn't pressure us. He tactfully steered us away from a model that does not have a great reliability record. When we picked the vehicle we wanted he was able to offer it to us for an exceptionally low price and had it all inspected, warranted, and ready to go at the appointed time. I went in this afternoon on my search for a new-to-me vehicle. I wandered the lot for 10 minutes…read morewith no sign of a salesman to help me out. I had a particular car in mind that I wanted to look at, so I went inside to see if I could rustle up some assistance in there. No such luck. There was one salesman sitting at a desk in the center of a common office area. He was speaking on the phone; after he made eye contact with me, he kept on trucking with his conversation which was with someone he clearly new (ie, he was not making a sale). The best part was that the conversation was about a customer who wanted to return a vehicle that he was unhappy with. The salesman made his rant about the lousy-no-good-dumb customer loud enough, that another salesman (who was making a sale at the time) have to close his door. After listening to this conversation for 5 minutes, I decided that this wasn't a group that I would want to do business with, and left.
