The experience here was so bad I wish I could provide negative stars. National car rental has less than mediocre service and no integrity. I made the reservation with insurance from Alaska airlines and upon arrival they offered me a smaller car plus wanted to charge for insurance which I prepaid from reservation in the US. The amount for one week of insurance was 633 dollars on top of my reservation and getting a smaller car. I ended up catching a cab as the terrible service and increase costs made it more cost effective and easier to request a cab or rent a limo for the week. I recommend staying away as they want to steal your money. Please note that for 600 it only covers the other parties car! I am disappointed of this and will contact national and Alaska in the USA! read more
