Sarah's awareness of the emotional journey of selling a home, combined with her deep desire for the best outcome for her clients makes her world class. We hired Sarah as she'd been consistently sharing information with us in our local neighborhood for years and from our first interaction to our last celebration, her professionalism was evident. Her innovative marketing approaches, her exceptional listening skills, and her delightful personality make her the best realtor in Bucks County. We highly recommend her. While working with us she had 7 other listings and yet, we felt like we were her only clients... she's that good!

From her deep local knowledge, to her never ending positive attitude, she helped to make a stressful time enjoyable. Beyond helping us find the perfect home, Sarah really shined when it came to helping us with all of the details leading up to closing. I'm not alone in thinking Sarah is awesome at what she does, my mortgage broker told me the day before our closing "do you know your realtor is really good?". I said, "Yes I do!". And that's coming from someone who deals with hundreds of realtors. I strongly recommend her for any home buying or selling. When the time comes for us to sell our home, we won't hesitate to trust Sarah to go above and beyond again!!

Kevin is an excellent real estate agent. His tag line is "my response time is unparalleled", and it…read moretruly is. Kevin is always quick to respond to any inquiry whether by phone or e-mail, no matter the time of day or night. I initially e-mailed Kevin late one evening inquiring about seeing a property. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment. Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house. He made no representation of himself as a home inspector and in fact encouraged us to get an inspection. However, his knowledge was proven when the inspector walked us around the home re-iterating much of what he had already said. Aside from his real estate knowledge, Kevin is a just a nice guy and very easy to work with. He is very professional. We never felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us or to anyone else involved in the transaction. He is very punctual. He was always at our appointments before us, and we were on time. He is courteous, and he really gives his best for his clients. We never had any concerns that he was doing anything but his best for us. We would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asks. If you are thinking about utilizing his services, just go ahead and give him a call. You won't regret it. Thanks for everything, Kevin! We love our new home!

In January of 2021, my husband and I began working with Adam Boxman in our search for a home. He…read morewas referred to us by a realtor in NJ, and his stellar online reviews supported this recommendation. Unfortunately in our experience, Adam Boxman was unprofessional, unethical and put his needs above his clients. On 3/15/21, Adam reached out about a new listing, and that evening, we told him we were interested in seeing the home. On 3/16/21, he spoke with us about the listing and scheduled a viewing for that Friday. My husband provided him with a general idea of the price we would be willing to offer on this home. On 3/17/21, Adam sent us the official listing and called to speak with us about it. I expressed my excitement and emotion over finding our dream home. He confirmed our house showing on Friday. I requested the disclosure form for the home, which Adam promptly sent. On 3/18/21, Adam called to inform us that he would be purchasing this home for his family. He attempted to justify this decision, with one of the reasons being that our offer may not have been chosen anyway. Adam assured us that he would work harder than ever to help us find the home that is right for us. After we spoke, the online listing almost immediately changed from "For Sale" to "Pending." We sent him an email informing him of our decision to work with a different realtor who had our best interests in mind. Adam made multiple attempts to "make things right", but it was important for us to work with an agent that has a "fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty, and loyalty in dealing with the agent principle." Adam has the absolute right to purchase a home, however, his approach to this situation was both unprofessional and unethical. If he indicated from the outset that he was also interested in the home and referred us to another realtor to mitigate any conflict of interest, then there would not have been an issue. However, he contacted us after he had cemented an agreement with the seller's agent and/or homeowner. It was very apparent his own self-interest was placed ahead of ours. It is also shocking that after this experience, he would still expect us to want to work with him and pay him a commission. While I do believe (and hope) this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I feel it is important to share my experience with others contemplating which realtor they would like to work with during such an important and costly decision of purchasing a home.

Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. Capri was probably happier than we were; that's how invested she was in making it work. Thank you Capri and team. Because of this miracle, my wife and I are in a better place to have a family.

Capri is…read more*exceptionally* knowledgeable about the market, what to look for in houses and red flags to be aware of, and how to be strategic when it comes to making an offer and negotiating. She also truly wants the best for her clients-she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, is incredibly patient, and not only never pressured us but strongly encouraged us to look at homes that were the remotest of possibilities (I was worried about wasting her team's time but as she kept reminding me, the more properties we saw, the more informed we would be). She and Courtney are also so organized and helped us stay on track and on task for the whole laundry list of things that happen when you buy a house. They gave us a beautifully organized binder at settlement with all the docs we will ever need along with notes about what to do when (e.g., if you don't get a mortgage bill by this date, follow up, etc). Plus Capri is just really fun and kind and a joy to spend time with, and is clearly very invested in the Philadelphia community and supporting other local businesses. I know I'm gushing-and I never write effusive reviews-but honestly, that's how great they are!
