Don't do business here they are defiantly snakes like one of the other reviews said they were. Never got one phone call about this transaction nor did I get any paperwork in my email. Trash that's how people in Mississippi work huh!!!

On 2/28/25, I agreed to COSIGN an auto loan for someone I have helped in serious legal matters…read moreprior to agreeing to helping him buy a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. I live in Florida. My "son" lives in LA with his fiance. This car dealership is in MS, so already, the sale is rather dicey, and I had to eSign the paperwork. Upon finding my name as BUYER, I ask salesman Riley Freeman why I'm listed as "buyer", and he quickly minimizes the difference between Buyer, CoSigner, Cobuyer, to be "essentially the same." Each state is different, so I accept Riley's explanation. The forms I sign show me as buyer and my "son's" FIANCE as "cobuyer." When I ask why, Riley says, "His credit is better than my "son's" credit, so "no problem." Talking to my "son" during most of this transaction, I was sensing more maturity and responsibility, and he even spoke of visiting me here in FL. (Heart Strings, promises). I made a $1030.00 downpayment AND had the Mitsubishi ADDED to my State Farm Policy in FL. (Later to learn my policy would NOT cover a vehicle in LA. Did NATCHEZ AUTO KNOW THIS? I BELIEVE THEY DID). I received THREE loan denial letters from STELLANTIS, JP MORGAN CHASE, AND EXETER FINANCIAL, each dated 3/11, and Exeter's letter dated 3/21/2025. I was not surprised, but, I called NATCHEZ auto and spoke with Trenton Johnson, the FINANCIAL MANAGER, and he said, "Just disregard those letters..." REALLY??? THEN on 3/27/25, I called my "son" and his fiance to remind them that the NEXT MONTH's State Farm Premium was coming due, and was told by the fiance, that they didn't need my insurance, and then told me to "Go F**K myself." So I asked to speak to my "son." I was told, "He don't want to talk to YOU." and he hung up on me. I have been ghosted since and tried finding out the license tag number by using the VIN, and when I was unsuccessful online, I called Natchez Auto, and Trent told me they had NO RECORD OR TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE NUMBER for this $23,899.34 vehicle that NATCHEZ AUTO ALLOWED 2 YOUNG MEN to drive off their lot without so much as a DIME OF THEIR OWN INVESTED. I cannot verify WHO, or WHERE this vehicle is registered and licensed, I have NO KEYS to this automobile, and I CANNOT VERIFY IF THIS AUTOMOBILE HAS AN OUNCE OF INSURANCE ON IT. IS THIS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS IN MISSISSIPPI? I SHOULD HOPE NOT, BUT THERE YOU HAVE IT. ETHICAL, MORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES???? NO WAY! THIS IS KNOWN (I FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT) AS "The Cosigner Loan Car Dealer Scam", as REPORTED BY autocheatsheet.com. SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP AN IGNORANT INDIGENT SWAMP HILLBILLY IN LOUISIANA, AND TRUSTING A MAJOR MULTI MANUFACTURER AUTO DEALERSHIP LIKE NATCHEZ AUTO.

This is going to be a long negative post as there are many issues regarding the purchase of a new…read moretruck from Natchez Chevrolet. I beg you to read the entire post. You need to know what you may be getting into if you are looking to buy a new vehicle from Natchez Chevrolet or any other dealership's owned by this company, especially if you are buying as an out-of-state buyer. Many might wonder why I waited 8 weeks to write this review. I will explain that later. I started this horrible purchase on or about August 4th, 2025. I was looking for a specific vehicle and at that time there were only 3 available within a 700-mile radius of my hometown. Natchez Chevrolet was the closet dealer which had the truck I was looking for. My hometown is approx. 300 miles from this dealer. Within the first minute of my initial conversation with the salesman he offered to deliver this truck to me. I have bought multiple new vehicles over the years and have had many of them delivered and was initially pleased to know this dealer would do the same. In addition, this truck had a factory installed light/roll bar I did not want. I asked the salesman if this could be removed and if removed would it be noticeable it was initially installed. The salesman informed me they could remove this light/roll bar with no issues. During this week we completed the negotiations, and I agreed to purchase this truck. As part of the discounts available you needed to finance at least 10K and I agreed to finance this amount with the balance to be paid via wired money. This dealer initially sent me the amount which would be the difference of my trade. The next day I received a picture of a handwritten note of the amount of the check which needed to be wired. The next day I decided to have the entire balance financed and I contacted my salesman, and he stated this wouldn't be an issue and he would contact the finance dept and make that change. Two days later I receive a call from the finance dept informing me they were still waiting on my check to which I informed them of my conversation with the salesman about financing the entire balance. The finance dept. stated they never got that information from the salesman. It was agreed my vehicle would be delivered to me on Aug 9th. I requested the delivery driver call me when leaving the dealership so I would have an idea of his arrival time. My salesman called me and stated they would be leaving Natchez very early in the morning and did I want a call that early. I told him no but to please have the driver text me so when I awoke, I would know about what time to expect the delivery. This information didn't get passed to the driver as he indeed did call me at 4 AM on a Saturday morning. Once the driver arrived, I looked everything over and determined part of the off-road kit was not in the truck and I informed the salesman of this. He stated he would immediately have this mailed to me. I have been waiting for this to be mailed for 8 weeks. This is the reason I have waited to write this review as I figured I would never receive this if I sent the review before receiving it. At this point I don't think they will ever send it. In fact, the last time I asked the salesman about it he didn't even return my text. About 2 hours after the delivery driver left, I realized there was a difference in the numbers they originally stated would be owed on the balance and the amount to which I was charged. I contacted my salesman and asked why the two numbers had a difference of over $1600. He told me the general manager had added the cost for the delivery and the removal of the light/roll bar. Never was there any mention there would be a fee for delivery or there was going to be a fee to remove the light/roll bar. Never did I agree with these charges and they were never discussed. In addition, even if I had agreed to these charges, this dealer took it upon themselves to add it to my total amount to be financed and didn't give me the option to pay for these charges outright. The salesman couldn't even tell me how much I was charged for delivery and how much the charge was for removal of the light/roll bar. The following Monday I attempted to contact the finance department to try and figure out this issue and to determine how they processed the paperwork with my local tag/title office. After 3 days and 7 phone calls I finally was able to get word to an unnamed employee I needed the finance person to call me back as you couldn't leave messages on her phone. After finally speaking with the I thought maybe they were the correct person who might be able to correct the unauthorized charges. This was not the case as I was told the general manager would need to be contacted regarding this. I was also told by the finance dept. this dealership uses a third party to do their tag/title work. I didn't think much about that although now it being over 8 weeks later and I still do not have the proper paperwork to put this vehicle in my name

I had to speak with Jason, the manager, because Natasha was new and made promises that "she didn't know any better because she was new" I had the vehicle delivered to my home. Upon receiving the vehicle it was dirty, grease marks on the side, dirt on all the mats/seats, plastic half removed from the inside. I am now having to pay for a brand new vehicle detailed. Jason was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If there was another Denali like the one i wanted anywhere in the US already built, i would have driven days to buy it there. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.
