It occurred to me this was because she was trying to catch eye contact (flirting) with my partner because she wanted to pick him up despite the fact it would have been obvious we were a couple, because as soon as i noticed, she stopped and hid behind the desk. She also asked my partner if he wanted to make another appointment but not myself (seems pretty shady and unprofessional). Instead I just got a dirty look up and down. I went onto their page on their facebook to see what others had said and there were countless bad reviews about this place and particularly the reception. So I wrote up my own review about my experience. Within a few hours after I wrote it they had disabled the recommendation feature on their page so no one else can put up their bad experiences. Would love to see qualified and professional staff at this place. I have taken screenshots as i'm almost certain that someone will probably delete this comment in a matter of hours as well (also took screenshots of the original review on their FB page). People have a right to know so they are able to go to the doctors and not have to endure such disgusting and inappropriate behaviour at a place they should be able to feel secure and get help safely. Would love to see qualified and professional staff at this medical centre.

When I came out of the coma I was treated abysmally by the nurses. My wife, when she managed to get in found my bed angled head down to the floor. He said the doctor he was admitted into Emergency was amazing and the best thing was that they coordinated all of the specialists to solve his problem including engaging his regular cardiologist. The nurses in the Urology ward, Olivia, Annabelle and Alex were fantastic and nothing was ever a problem for them, and their demeanour was very helpful and friendly. Thank you to you all.

I've witnessed the care of the staff for their patients from the actual nurses and Dr's, to the cleaning staff and they were all carers. Well done. There are few small dining areas around for friends of the patients, which I think could be enlarged as I could never get a seat..lol and really the only criticism is bad phone coverage for anyone entering. If I have to go to hospital.... I choose Mater.
