We arrived in Alicante from Canada for a long stay vacation with a MacBook not working. We received excellent service with a quick turn around. Elsewhere was 2 weeks. We found the owner very accommodating. His English was a million times better than our Spanish but he still went to the trouble of having an English speaker available for further clarification.
