Been coming here for years. Today I ordered online for pick up. I was supposed to be ready at 5:56. It is now 6:30 and still no order. I literally ordered pad Thai and spring rolls. The dining room is more than half empty. There is zero reason a Thai restaurant can't make pad Thai and spring rolls. Its crazy. I've tried the Thai place up the street and it was great. I think I will only order there for now on...food and service were much better. read more

I came here in the middle of the week 5-10 minutes after opening. There were several people behind the counter that refused to make eye contact with me or acknowledge I was there. At some point after a couple of throat clearings they all went to the back. Someone emerged who was clearly eating and had to cover her mouth to ask me about getting seated. My waitress came and I ordered my stir fry dish at a heat level of 3. My dish came out and I was immediately disappointed that I even set foot in this establishment. It looked like someone who had ever cooked or eaten Thai food before mixed a whole can of curry paste and red chili sauce and threw in chicken and green beans. No flavor outside of the excessive amounts of curry paste and red chili sauce. After trying to uncover the chicken and green beans and scrape off the sauce I gave up and decided to let them know the dish was inedible. First the three people behind the counter whispered and gossiped. I then had three different people asked me what the issue was, because it was obviously too difficult for them to talk to each other about the issue and how to resolve. If you want something other than an Americanized pad Thai don't eat here. The food is terrible and the customer service is atrocious. read more

So sad I have to rate this down to 2 Stars. Ever since the pandemic this place has been under either new ownership or new management or both. When I came here last year I waited over 2 hours for my food. We were literally the last table in the restaurant and no one seem to notice that we were still waiting. The manager came out and told me that they were changing things up and having growing pains. No food was comped. We just ate here today and the service was poor, and my Pad Thai was absolutely nasty.... undercooked shrimp, oily noodles it just was like slop. I've been coming here for years and the food is just gone downhill as well as the service. so sad because I used to love to come here but it just has not been the same since the pandemic. Today after waiting an hour for my food, and then not eating it since it was disgusting, I decided this will be my last time eating here. read more

As someone who come regularly I knew what I wanted. Ordered 3 dishes only received 2 after 25 minute wait. Cashier lady Ella was rude and did not care she forgot our order and claimed we never ordered it. She just didn't hear us and we didn't double check our receipt. Ordered the rice just to wait 30 minutes for it. Ella ignored us when we went to check if it was ready yet. Terrible service. read more

This place is absolutely amazing!! Such great food, and service! I've dined in, and ordered through food delivery, and not once have I had a problem. My favorites are the papaya salad- extra spicy, the crab angels for appetizer, along with their mushroom soup, the Thai wings- so good, and the fish! The flavor is always amazing, and fresh! Best Pad Thai in Humble/Atascocita. I eat there at least once every 2 weeks. Portions are adequate too.

Food is always consistent! My husband and I love coming back all the time. Food is always flavorful and not too salty. The staff is super kind. And amidst the COVID situation, everyone is still so nice and accommodating. Today, they even gave my husband a free drink (maybe as a thank you) as he waited for his to-go order. Of course, we understand times are more difficult now so my husband happily tipped them for their generosity despite everything. Will always come back to Nara's Thai! read more

I cant give 5 or even 4 stars. Though they were able to keep their dishes great tasting as it was before, the service sucks. You have to call their attention when youre ready to order and even when you need your bill smh I think the former crew were all gone, they were very attentive, friendly and pro active with your needs or if your table needs some attention. We added Garlic Chicken in our order, avoid this dish- too bitter in our palate not unless you want loads of garlic on it then you wont be disappointed. read more

I love love love Nara Thai in Humble. I drive to it all the way from uptown Houston because it is the best of the Nara Thai chain. I have tried the one downtown, and even though it's good, the food is always different depending on what day you go. But this Nara is always consistently good. Definitely a family avorite, but trust them when they talk about spice level. Everything the husband and I have tried there has been superb.

We tried Nara Thai several years ago and were a bit disappointed so had not been back since. Very recently we gave them another try because of several favorable reviews. We were impressed with the expanded space and layout. We had Pad Thai noodles with chicken and chicken Satay. The Satay sauce was great the chicken thinly sliced and served inside a ring of broccoli. We prefer snow peas with Satay but the broccoli was fine. The Pad Thai noodles were good with bean sprouts and carrot strings on the side. Neither dish had any hot spices and I didn't think to ask for some hot sauce. Next time I will remember because I like some hot spices. We will go here again. read more

Good for dine in but pickup or delivery always takes 30+ minutes beyond the time they give you. I would say 9/10 times so they should anticipate the volume by now. Don't order. Decent Thai ruined by stupid staff picking stupid background music. Get this: Me and another couple, on a romantic Saturday night dinner, had to sit there and listen to "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC, "Dude Looks Like A Lady" and two dozen other '90s rock songs BLARING like it's some lame sports bar. A gentle suggestion to the waiter accomplished NOTHING. This wretched flaw is not uncommon to Houston restaurants. How clueless do you have to be screw up a detail like this?! We couldn't choke our food down fast enough to skip dessert and get the hell out of there. Who knows. Maybe driving customers out ASAP is the plan. Guess what: It works! I ordered 2 servings of sticky mango rice. The portion size was absolutely ridiculous for the price charged ($15+). I asked them if that was my order. It just seemed really small in portion. I was very disappointed. I will never go there again and spend my money for what they gave. You literally could not see the rice. It was so disappointing and I say that because I've had the same thing at other places and have had a decent portion size for the price charged and was happy to pay it. read more
