I loved this brandy store, the clothes were adorable and it had many more options than other brandy…read moremelvilles I've been to. However, the staff was very rude. The girl in front of me got a tiny smudge of makeup on a shirt she was trying on. The staff publicly humiliated her and the girls working were very mean. They treated her like a prisoner the rest of the time with girls eyes on her even though she had ALREADY agreed many times to buy the shirt. I saw it happen, she was nice at first but after every staff member had eyes on her and we're following her around the store, she got very uncomfortable. Will not be returning here. Customer service is the most important part of any business. My two stars are simply for the clothes.
