There is a club for just about any/every interest. The school is very large and competitive on both an academic and sports level. NNHS offers tons of options for career exploration so students can tap into their interests and find out where they may want to go after high school. For many coming out of NNHS this means getting a college degree however NNHS does educate students on options outside of the traditional college route. NNHS provides students with the tools necessary to be successful in and after high school.

Principal is extremely proud of their "legacy" policy. Let me get this straight ~ you would rather accept an "F" caliber student who has siblings attending or parents who attended rather then a "B" student with NO previous ties to this school? The resounding "yes" sealed the deal. Get the picture? Our education dollars were spent at another private school.

The walls were always covered with art and they have a crossing guard during peak hours to make sure the kids cross the streets safely. They also have bussing if your children live too far! The playground is open to all as well. It's usually full of kids during the summer just hanging out. Very safe area. Great swings, slides and other do hickies. Has two hoops as well for basketball.

The facility on the inside in older and could use improvement, but for a large high school, it's not terrible, but not great either. It's a sad statement in this day and age that we need metal detectors at school, but unfortunately, West has one. No fault of the school, but it's quite an interesting sight.
