I am also disappointed that Maccas HQ are not responding to my complaints about the coffee machine always being closed. Plus, the new female Supervisor does not give you a cup of water, even when you make a large purchase. That is rather mean, and like the closed coffee machine incidents, falls well below customer expectations.
