As the preferred vendor of Aetna in Central Jersey, when one of their docs prescribes a test, their CRM system immediately springs into action calling you within 24 hours to lock in an appointment at one of their facilities. Naturally, if you have a question on coverage or billing, their alacrity at providing a timely answer on your schedule is far south of enthusiastic actually akin to pulling teeth. All to say that it pays to shop around at independent facilities as CH is ALWAYS the high cost provider and you are certainly not locked into their ecosystem unless you want to be. It's not that I like what they do but I still have to cede begrudging admiration for the transparency of their greed. Five stars.

Used to have a review here but Yelp moved everything to another CHP facility so I will say again…read morethat this location has multiple medical options including the CHP eye care facility. Of more importance is pointing out that CHP is not just highly ranked here but is highly ranked nationally as well. They incorporated as a non-profit and it has been my experience that the bean counters do not run things. We get excellent care at a reasonable cost and don't have to fight with them over the care we need. I come here for eye care. Check in is easy and I usually get called back for my exam promptly. I have always had good experiences here for my annual eye exam. I would get my glasses here as well if I didn't already have a long time relationship with Hatcher Opticians.

Needless to say, I began to look for another PCP ASAP and I found this place. Now, the majority are medical residents who are supervised by a full-blown doctor or two, but I don't care. They have to learn somehow. Now if that doesn't bug you, you'll have a great experience here. The staff is super warm and friendly. My nurse, Chantrell, was a pleasure to speak with and my new PCP, Dr. Campbell, was so personable that she even called me a week later to give me my test results. Not every day a doctor calls to do that. Other advantages of this location include free parking and the fact that they're up-to-date on technology. In fact, they have a patient portal where they post results after they call you. Or at the very least that's what happened with me. I'm as healthy as an ox, but they did ask me to go back in to pick up a test I can do from home. With all the rush of the day I went, didn't even think about a urine test. Oopsy daisy. Will see them again soon for that. Not a big deal at all and I'm just glad I found a place I feel comfortable in.

In this case of Family Resources, you should look into them. For those of you who have read any of my reviews during the past few months, you may know I'm getting married. My Fiancé and I have a wonderful relationship but with pretty much any and everything in life, there's room for improvement. We've heard that premarital counseling is normal and we both were down to try it so hey......what the heck!!! I must say this......after being smart enough to choose the lady I did to marry, coming here is EASILY the second best relationship decision I've made! Dr Laura Clevenger is PHENOMENAL!!! And I can't stress that enough. She's intelligent, cool, easy to talk to, a great listener and gives exceptional advice. She's not pushy or controlling, demanding that we do things her way or no way. She gives us the opportunity to make suggestions and has helped with altering our ideas to make them better. The result is a union that's stronger than it's ever been! We told her that if she keeps this up, we're inviting her to the wedding......and we meant it!
