She always responded to my calls within minutes, she is extremely savvy and gained my complete trust in her expertise. I am pretty sure that this woman never sleeps because she was always able to help out when I needed it, despite her many other properties and responsibilities. As with many home purchases, there were times throughout this process when I had doubts that the deal would go through, and Michelle was always there to listen and offer encouragement. Michelle seems to know literally everyone on the island and she connected me with all the right services and she even introduced me to my new neighbors. The best part of all...not only did I buy my dream home, but I also gained Michelle as a friend. Thank you!!

We started our home search remotely and Vicki was a wealth of information…read more She lives on St Simons and knows the area well. She was well prepared for our visits with maps and print outs on all homes available. We felt an urgency to "buy" and she was a voice of reason, instructing us not to settle on a property if it didn't "feel right". That down to earth, not pushy approach is exactly what you want with a realtor. And after the purchase, she met with painters for estimates and was there every step of the way for our move. She responded quickly to all our questions and made everything so less stressful. I can't imagine working with anyone else, and if I ever move (doubtful), I will call on Vicki.

Ultimately, we got our dream home and we have Vicki and Sea Palms Coastal Realty to thank.

From the owner: As a Sotheby's International Realty listing agent serving St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll…read moreIsland, and the greater Golden Isles, I focus on giving every listing more than a place on the MLS. Each property I represent receives priority placement across the platforms today's buyers rely on most, sustained visibility to serious buyers through ongoing digital exposure rather than a single post that fades, and a professionally produced 3D tour so buyers can experience a home before they arrive. Every inquiry comes directly to me, so a listing's story is never diluted or handed to another agent. Years of experience in this market have also shaped how I negotiate. I know how local deals actually move, what leverage looks like on both sides of the table, and how to protect a client's position without letting a good offer slip away. I track pricing trends, days on market, and inventory closely, so clients are working from real data, not guesses, whether they're selling a home on the coast or searching for one.

We nearly made an offer on a home we could not afford, because she ignored our budget without telling us. It took our lender to inform us we could not afford the monthly payment on the home, this information coming to us AFTER Melissa sent us a contract to sign binding us to the home. She almost steered us into financial disaster, got our hopes up for a property we could not afford, and we never even got an apology.
