I went in a couple of days later, after no response, to see if it was ready or if they had forgotten. When I went back, I brought the links with me, and he then changed the price to $75. My watch was running slowly when I brought it in, and now it doesn't run at all. told me the motor died... on a quartz, which is just highly unlikely. They respond to all emails and phone calls and ALSO, you can even TEXT THEM and they even respond promptly and professionally to TEXTS! I have gotten several things done at this jeweler and they have never once treated my requests as simple or "petty" regardless of the fact that I have never bought any of the VERY SERIOUSLY AMAZING JEWELS! What I have done there is get things repaired numerous times over. One time, I went in with a WHOLE SEVERAL PAGE DOCUMENT of instructions because I had so many different pieces of jewelry (none truly super valuable- sterling silver stuff), and they treated each thing with 100% care and professionalism. The huge job that I brought in consisted of a few rings which I wanted quotes on for resizing, a pendant chain that needed a new clasp, a fun vintage sterling silver jingle ball ring which lost a ball, 3 DIFFERENT CHARM BRACELETS WHICH EACH HAD IT'S OWN LIST OF SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS... two of the bracelets were to be LOADED DOWN with dozens and dozens of vintage sterling silver charms, and the third had 3 but they made it look SO MUCH MORE SPECIAL THAN EXPECTED because I gave them creative rights to do with the charms what they thought would be best and WOW! They perfectly polished ONLY the charms that I wanted polished, etc. I'm telling you, my order was A SUPER BIG HANDFUL AND SUPER SPECIFIC AND MY NEW FRIEND (I can't remember her name- you know who you are- you're the BEST!) she typed up ALL OF MY INSTRUCTIONS PERFECTLY AND ALL OF THIS OTHER STUFF because that was procedure... so, all I can say is DO NOT HESITATE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND GO IN AND ENJOY YOURSELF AND LOOK AROUND AT THEIR SHOP BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OF AMAZING STUFF- not just SUPER BLINGING DESIGNER JEWELRY, but ALSO AMAZING THINGS WHICH ARE AFFORDABLE FOR GIFTS, SPECIAL EVENTS, ETC!! Do not have your jewelry repaired here!! I have never had a jeweler return a ring after coming back…read morefrom being repaired and not have them offer for me to look at it under the microscope. So after paying and leaving, I took it out to discover that a chunk of the ring was missing with a diamond set on an angle with the outer band rough to the touch and visibly damaged. After returning to the store, they offered to repair it again. After three more weeks, it was 'better' but the damage to the ring is still visible. Further, after having the ring back for only a few weeks, one of the stones is already missing that they replaced. Absolutely unacceptable and I would steer clear of trusting them with your jewelry!

Extremely angry with these people…read more I've been fighting all year to find someone that could custom make an engagement ring. Finally found these people a month or two ago. They assured me that they could help me design and have the ring on my woman's finger by my deadline of Jan 2nd. It's currently Dec 30th and while I could take them at their word that they have the ring, I'm not really inclined to do so. On Dec 28, they told me it would be delivered the next day and that they would call or email me when they had it. Yesterday came and went with no contact. Understandable. Today, I try emailing them and calling them. Their answering machine helpfully declared they'll be closed the 28 through the 3rd. I go by their store and, sure enough, it's barred up with a neat little sign repeating the same thing. So, the same day they said I might be able to pick up my ring was the same day they started their little "checking inventory" thing. No call; no email; nothing for over a month to tell me that they wouldn't be able to make my deadline due to a preplanned closure. Even their Google page says nothing about being closed before the holiday weekend. That's what really hurts the most; I could accept an unforeseen derailment, but they were planning this thing for months and told me not a word.
