It sucks because kindercare has a great reputation and I want the best for my child but I do not want to have another interaction like that again with the director.

The kids are thriving and LOVE coming to school. They are also so tired at the end of the day from the physical and educational stimulation that they sleep 12 hours straight (always helps!). Parent-teacher conferences were offered early in the year and proved valuable in translating the progress our daughter has made. The staff was attentive, willing, and more than able to answer all of the questions we had prepared. Emails at 9:02 pm to inform that our child can't come to daycare that late at night because employees can't come to work as their homes lost power from a storm. Our child is over fed and has a big vomit with no fever twice and we have to go pick him up. Yet the rest of the day there was still no fever and no "vomiting". Then they act like their pediatricians and know better and know our child better than we do. Miss Lauren is the only bright spot there. Our child comes home smelling like a French whore due to the large amount of perfume work by staff that they should know is an irritant for children that young. They are just pompous, arrogant, fake, superficial people who feel they're better than everyone else. It's a shame as the facility is clean and well kept. But it's ridiculous that they keep having Covid issues and staff issues they prevent us from going to work to make money, yet we better pay them their money. I would give negative stars if I could. If money is disposable and you really don't need daycare, then this is the place. If you need to count on them because you work, then look somewhere else. The new facility our child will be at is much cheaper, doesn't have the staff issues, nor do they have the Covid issues either that primrose has. We babe been told by so many people how happy our child is and they love him. My nephew Is having a hard time drawing those letters although he can trace them right. I know he's learning a lot from being there though. He always comes home with a story about how his day went and what he did. The school itself is nice and has a beautiful exterior with planted bushes and a large tree. They newly paved the entrance and sidewalks so it gives the school and updated look. Whenever you first come up to the building you are greeted by the teacher who releases your child once the teacher recognizes your face. I love the feel of security the school has that makes your child feel safe. They have security guards there and no one is allowed in the school that shouldn't be. That makes me feel safe knowing my nephew is being looked over.

Classes do combine at the beginning and end of day. Education: in the last year my preschool son has not only learned his numbers and letters but can write out simple words, sound out words, and talks about different activities like science experiments and books he did at school. Communication: Tutor Time uses an application called sprout about where you can message the teachers and they can message back. Ms Antol is a fine lady who will help the kids to improve on their capabilities with ease. She is dedicated to what she is doing. Very good school.
