Someone stopped to help me immediately, reviewing the different shirt types and costs with me. After submitting my short order, Tim was in contact with me during the process of confirming and changing the order as needed. We did make a few changes and we was always helpful and understanding! The shirts came back in a timely manner and looked great! We would most definitely use them again at the next event!

I'm normally skeptical about ordering custom shirts from companies that I don't know very well due to the risk of low-quality fabrics and sizing inaccuracy. However, the shirt fit great and was much softer than I expected. On top of this, they did me a great favor of kindness that I will not forget. A week after I purchased the shirt, I got into a personal dilemma that resulted in the shirt being ruined. They told me to stop by their print shop and they'd give me another one at no charge. My sudden dilemma stuck me with some unexpected expenses... and they really made my week by offering to do this for me. These guys truly show passion in what they do, I could see that just by the short amount of time I spent talking with them at the print shop. Their T-shirt selection is just plain awesome as well. Thanks so much guys, I will definitely do business with you in the future!

Personally, I prefer the zippered wallets, as they can hold coins. In addition to adorable patterns on the outside plenty of colorful pockets on the inside, each wallet comes with a special detail: fortune cookie or guitar pick holders. As a musician, you never known when you'll need a pick. For me, I'm always finding stray fortunes floating inside of my purse. This is a perfect way to hold on to the best ones and rotate out a positive message. Wallets come with different patterns, like cats or old photography cameras. There is also a smaller billfold version for the gents. With a $35.00 price tag, these can seem a little pricey for a canvas wallet. However, they are sturdy, uniquely aesthetic, and did I mention they have plenty of pockets? I'd love to see some more wallet-like fashions come from Alison Rose, perhaps bags or office supply holders? These are just stunningly useful! In addition to these accessories, Alison Rose makes clothing. I'm not much of a graphic tee shirt wearer, but the fabric was cuddly soft. I thought the old timey Ohio bicycle design was cute. All of the prints seemed to center around regional interests. Alison Rose has her garments stocked at Wholly Craft and Wexner Center Store in Columbus, and at the semi-annual Crafty Supermarket in Cincinnati.

I sent multiple emails and phone calls and the only responses I received was the initial quote and call that my garments were complete, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER APPROVED THE PROOF. I reached out two days after I dropped off my shirts as I hadn't received any design proofs and was worried about hitting my deadline. Got no response after multiple attempts and then was called later that day to inform me my project was done and ready for pickup... When I went in to try and figure out what happened, they told me that they just went ahead since it was basically the design I sent.. except it was different fonts and not what I was hoping for. They offered no sort of discount, let alone any sort of apology for charging me $45 for three shirts that didn't even end up how I wanted them. Not to mention that there was sticky residue and printing lines all over two of the shirts. I tried washing it off and no luck. Would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can as they clearly don't follow any proper business practices. Money wasted.
