The food here is perfect, and the owners ensure this quality with painstaking detail. The food is very fresh, light, and flavor-blasted. As with the other reviewer, I also suggest the "Magic Bo Bun". When your food is served, they take great care to make sure an even and perfect proportion of meat, vegetables, noodles, and sauce is given to each customer, and they ladle your food onto your plate with such care and love. This is perfect and must not change - it is what makes this place so special; however, I must warn you, eating here is a test of patience.* And I'm not talking about American fast-food patience - I know many French who have given up on the wait, but it is worth it. It was a cold and rainy day and we even got an off-menu Pho with incredibly tender beef. And I will think about the delicious salmon skewers for a long time. I will caution that the price relative to some of the portions for this type of food was a little high - but also if you bear in mind that everything down here is a bit more because of the all-year-long tourist season it isn't out of line.
