The cooks are highly disorganized and there isn't any synchronicity between them. If you have a semi packed restaurants, why are only four burners in use? All 8 should be up and running. One cook came out with some cooked eggs and then placed it under the counter for some time until it was time to use. The eggs from my order was runny. Which is only showed up in a container because the 35 minute wait took to long and had to go. I am sure people love this place because there was a line outside the door for dinner. This is a nice spot and i'm not a fan of giving bad reviews unless truly deserved, but the cooks need to speed up their game.
