never leave reviews, but this time I feel like I have to because it's not fair for people to practice on you while having no problem charging you full price. I usually go to another doctor for Botox and I really like his work, but his prices have gotten very expensive. This time I saw an Instagram promotion from NakedMD advertising $69 for forehead Botox. Booking the appointment was super easy, and when I arrived everyone was very nice and attentive. I'm not going to lie, the place looked clean and professional. First, they take you into a room, take pictures, and then tell you the $69 promotion for the forehead only includes 10 units . At that point you're already there, so of course you end up paying more. They charge by areas. I asked for forehead, frown lines, temples, and a brow lift. Total came out to $488. Well, 15 days later, my frown lines are still visible, my brows did not lift, my forehead feels heavy, and my eyes look swollen. I called after 10 days to explain how I looked and felt, and they told me to wait the full 15 days. I waited and went back to the office. They took more pictures and tried comparing a current picture of me with my eyes open to another picture where I'm frowning with my eyes closed just to say there was a difference. Then the lead injector came in and told me there was nothing they could do because adding more could make it worse. She even said maybe I was given too many units and she didn't know why. This is not cheap, and no one should leave unhappy with results they paid almost $500 for. At the end of the day, they lose nothing, but the customer loses money over work that honestly felt like it was done by someone inexperienced. read more

I got Tox done here on February 7th, and within two weeks I still had significant movement on my forehead and eyebrows. They added more product on my eyebrows , but even after that the improvement was minimal. I went in a week after that to report my lips and forehead and Instead of taking responsibility for the forehead movement and 11's, I was told I just have strong muscles' and that nothing else could be done. At this point, the movement has significantly returned with the 11s front and center, which sadly makes the treatment feel like a total waste of money. For the price one pays, you definitely expect better and longer lasting results. What a disappointment! I had read some of the negative reviews beforehand and regret not taking them more seriously. My experience reflects exactly what others have warned about. Based on my results, I seriously question the quality and effectiveness of the product used here.
