I've had a number of treatments at this facility and the one in Carlsbad (B12 shot, Botox injection, under-eye PRF injection, Ultherapy around the mouth and a minimalist facial. In each instance, the staff was super friendly and helpful and didn't pressure me to sign up for more. They make suggestions, but no sales pressure. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly and kind. Today LUCY was my Botox injector and LEANA performed the Ultherapy. Both were excellent. I recommend this office and their services. I feel that the price is very fair for the improvement of skin tone and wrinkle reduction I've had. read more

I've been going to naked md for a couple of months. The staff is fake nice. The Botox they inject doesn't work or they don't put your full amount of what you paid for. The filler is expensive & within one week my smile lines came back in. I let them know & they said let the Botox settle and come back in a week. I went back a week later & they said they couldn't administer any more & clearly my forehead is still moving. I'd say don't waste your money & go to a real medical clinic for your needs. I got the perfect derma dace peel at this location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I use NakedMD for my peels and my tox and I am very pleased with my results and the staff. I sometimes use the Chino Hills location too, and the staff there is awesome as well. I wish I didn't have to go somewhere else for laser treatments but, as of right now, they do not offer any laser products. read more

I went today to get a 1/2 syringe of lip filler and I was so happy with the whole experience! When I walked in, Jess (I'm pretty sure that was her name) greeted me and took me into the room where she asked about my goals and what I was looking for. She recommended a certain type of filler that would look the best. Then, Stephanie came to do the injecting, and was very thorough, gentle, and kind!
