My husband and I stopped in here for dinner one night while in Paris. We were really craving…read moresomething other than typical French food, and were so happy we found this sushi place! We were able to get a table inside quickly. It was a bit later in the night, but the place was still packed! Our service was good and the sushi was great. They have a large menu and everything we had was tasty. Would definitely come back.

A quick search on the Michelin list and Fuji Yaki came up as a one dollar sign option with a Michelin plate rating. We arrived around 6pm for dinner on a weekday which is incredibly early by French standards and we were seated immediately without a reservation. By the time we left around 7:30p the restaurant was packed full with a line waiting to be seated. Since we had spent the whole day walking around Versailles we decided to ball out a little bit and order the large boat with 10 pieces of sushi and 18 pieces of maki, and 12 pieces of a roll. The ginormous boat also came with a size of salad, soup, and gyoza for the price of $46 Euros. For such a reasonable price I wasn't expecting the quality of the food to be as good as it was, especially since we were in Paris and sushi is not exactly the food I think of when I think of Paris. On top of that the wine list was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. TLDR: I would 100% come here again, sushi is reasonably priced and delicious

If this restaurant was in California, I would give it 3 stars, but given that it's in Paris, I…read morewould say it's okay! First of all, the choices are very limited, maybe 1/10 of what we're used to seeing on All You Can Eat menus. Also, the rolls have too much rice, the beef is dry, the rice is hard, and therefore not totally worth the dinner price. On the other hand, the customer service is speedy and I had an amazing time with my friends there before some of us leave Paris the next day. The food is mediocre, but it's not bad if you're really craving Japanese food. We liked their miso soup and chicken :)

When in France and traveling around I do love and enjoy trying other cultural food in the country…read more So while walking around I decided to try this small Japanese restaurant. Service was fantastic and even though they didn't speak much English we still had a great time here. We decided to order a boat which had a gang of tasty sashimi slices of many different types of fish! We also ordered different sticks of meat from chicken, beef, and even a meatball! Overall the food was so tasty and came out quickly. All of us enjoyed the meal and if you are wanting some Japanese in France, why not come here.

Before my food came out I was brought numerous appetizers that I didn't even order or pay for! A salad, some shrimp, and some sort of roll, all of which were delicious. The flavoring of the noodles was amazing, and the shrimp were extra juicy. After I finished the noodles, they brought me some fruit and a new set of chopsticks and napkins. The fish was amazing as well, tasted super fresh and melted in my mouth. The rice was perfect. Absolutely zero complaints with this place, I highly recommend it.
Even with the address in hand I walked by this discrete Japanese twice before finally finding it!…read moreAs soon as I opened the door and scoured the should-to-shoulder room I knew that this was not your regular, average Japanese place but a coveted address that people from all of the hood knew about. The menu is pretty vast, and covers your typically range of sashimi, tempura, sushi, bento, yakitori but also has a pretty sweet selection of udon or soba noodle soups, which is exactly what I was craving that rainy, Wednesday afternoon. I ordered an udon soup lunch special which came with a lovely salad sampler, a steaming bowl of udon soup with some shrimp tempura floating above, a nice steamy pot of tea and some fruit for dessert. All that for the very reasonable price of 13,50E. As someone was paying I heard them ask if the house delivered as well and my heart starting pounding and my mind racing with dreams of authentic Japanese delivered straight to my home, but alas, the radius us too small and my home is out of limits. If you live in the 11th, though, you just scored a sweet new Japanese delivery situation.

We struggled to communicate with her in French, but she was so helpful and even got out her phone to help us translate what we were trying to say. She took the time to warn us that if you don't consume everything you order, they would charge 3€ per order. The sushi chef in the restaurant was unfriendly and rude to us, but our waitress "protected" us from him even gave our kids some lollipops to make them happy. We would definitely return here thanks to the kindness and generosity of their awesome waitress!
