Been to this salon for many years but can't take the screaming, bullying and rude african owner…read moreanymore. As many others I have found a better, warmer and cheaper nailsalon in Rotterdam. Be aware of this one, they will charge you extra on top of extremely high prices. Also the owners disrespect customers and just leave you waiting to pay at the desk. They scream at you, ignore you. If you want to be treated right, and not pay €80 for a refill of a simple acrylic set or BIAB, avoid!

The person who cut my hair did not understand a word of dutch or english, and when i explained that…read morei did not want it too short only one inch off the bottom with layers in a U-cut the lady who was doing the translation told me that she knew what she was doing and to stay still. All fine but when i saw how much she was cutting off and told her once again that it was too short she told me dont worry it will look great. The hairdresser pulled at my hair and (considering i have long hair till my lower back and it would get a lot of tangles) totally disregarded my discomfort. When i was finished my hair was till my shoulder blades (a hand span was cut off) and cut in a V shape. Totally not what i wanted. The thing that irked me the most was that they would not listen to how i wanted my hair cut but assumed they knew best.
