However, she offered me an appointment that evening at 5 or 5:30pm. I declined as I was already booked. I told her I was looking for something tomorrow (Wednesday). She offered me 12:30pm tom (Wednesday). I gave her my information and left happy (despite her demeanor of being inconvenienced) for an appointment that fit my timeframe (as I had a doctors appointment the next day - Thursday). Showed up on time, she's doing a manicure and lets out a huge sigh. Asks my name, talks to co-worker and tells me that I don't have an appointment today. Co-worker looks at the schedule and tells me I'm booked for Thursday at 12:30pm. I explain that I booked with her yesterday, for today. She proceeds to get angry at me and argue that I'm booked for tomorrow. They offer me an appointment for this evening (Wednesday). I declined because I have work. At this point, I've decided that I'm spending zero pennies with this business. I told them, thank you, I'll go somewhere else. It's unfortunate, because I really needed a pedicure before my doctor's visit tomorrow. But, if your customer service is this terrible, it doesn't matter how great your work is. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Zero stars if that were an option.
