I went to get my nails and toenails done, and they had to remove the old product I had on them. Two different technicians were working on my hands and feet at the same time. The person who did my nails filed them down so much that they left them extremely thin and weak. I asked for a French manicure on my natural nails and a solid color on my toes. The whole appointment took 3 hours. On top of that, the French manicure was done very poorly, and it didn't even last two days. I paid over $120 for this service, and I expected much better quality. read more

the guy doing my nails didn't ask me what I wanted and just started doing my nails. I told him I wanted coffin shape and he ignored me and gave me a square shape. she drilled my finger and cut my cuticle, and he didn't use the color I picked out. it took him 2 hours to drill and put the nail on. I had to pay extra at the front for a coffin shape that I didn't even get. im never coming back wast of my time and money read more

Getting my nails done on a regular basis is the only girly activity I participate in monthly, and I'm a pain in the butt about it! I always want difficult designs, a ton of colors, and hours of their time (but there's no better feeling than when strangers pull you aside to compliment your nails ). I just moved back to Thomasville and have been looking for a nail salon that LISTENS to me and does what I want, and I wasn't having much luck. For whatever reason, Anna doesn't have good reviews (I honestly don't understand why) so I wouldn't try her salon. But after hearing her nail a few times, I decided to check it out. I walked in just to see if she could provide an encapsulated nail service, and after talking to her, I decided to give it a shot. SO glad I did! Anna worked her magic on my nails- I ended up with a better set than the other picture I showed her- and worked super quickly considering the service I wanted. Her prices were consistent with what I normally paid in Tampa/St Pete, and she was so pleasant to be around. The rest of her staff was wonderful as well, all making sure I was comfortable and getting the service I wanted. My pedicure was amazing, and I also walked out with perfect eyebrows. If you're looking for a nice salon, give her a go. I walked out with quite possibly my favorite set ever! And to think- in the sweet but small little town of Thomasville! read more

I went here to get my nails done for Christmas. I will never come again, the guy was in a huge rush and did a very sloppy job. He cut me multiple times and got aggravated when I reacted. The nails are uneven and the paint job is uneven. Not even an hour after I left 3 of my nails had bubbles and the paint came right off on the corners. I'm very dissatisfied and unhappy with this experience. read more

Worst place I've ever been . The people were rude . The service was horrendous and they had the nerve to think this was okay. I didn't argue I just paid and left. Reason being it was pointless. Just look at these pictures. Don't waste your time or money. I told them don't even bother putting polish on them . I'm soaking these off as soon as I'm home. Just plain disrespectful read more

$41 for a fill in??? DO NOT GO HERE. SHE CHARGED 15 for a fill, 15for the gel polish, 3 for a cut down & I don't even know how she got the other 8. Was very rude after I declined getting a nail design. Once I told her no thank you I don't want a design her entire demeanor changed & didn't say another word. Pointed her fingers to where she wanted my hands and pushed my hands away when done painting them. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE NOR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!!!! read more

I took my niece here to get her nails done as a Christmas present, while I waited I decided to get a manicure and pedicure, wrong idea. The full set that my niece got looks good, but my nails after my mani/pedi look the same as before I sat down in the pedi chair. I purchased the Deluxe Spa Pedicure, for $55, it was not worth the money I paid for it. My cuticles are still rough, my skin is peeling and they way he cut my fingernails was terrible. Customer service was good, not great, just good. The paint on my toe nails was poorly applied. I won't return. read more
