The staff clearly couldn't care less about younger customers. I've been seated before adults and still had to wait over 30 minutes longer, every time. The service? Awful. The nails? Never even close to what I asked for. And God forbid I ask to have them cut shorter--suddenly I'm met with eye-rolls, snarky comments, and straight-up rude attitudes from the techs. They're rough and careless to the point where my fingers have bled. This place has made getting my nails done something I dread. It's unprofessional, unfriendly, and honestly feels like a joke.
