I had a woman, who probably was doing manicure for the first time in her life. I had to guide her, comment, fix and point to the right direction and she still messed up! I just came home and re-did the whole thing myself. If this place fell that low, I'm not coming back. There are plenty alternatives.

I have been coming to Nail Land for several years. I can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of these ladies. Ann, the manager is very friendly and does a great job running the salon as well as doing manicures and pedicures. I went here a few months ago and I got my fingers and toes done. Two ladies were working on me. One of them cut my big toe by shoving a toe shaver under my skin and it hurt. I was shocked it hurt so I embarrassingly yelled OW in the salon. The toe was bleeding and turned a reddish purple color. It's been a few months and it's still puffy and left some scabs on my toe. And the lady that was working on my finger nails kept asking me if I bit my nails several times after I repeatedly said no. read more

Made an appointment. Had appointments after. I was assured 12:30 time slot. When I arrived, I was told 1pm so that wasn't going to work. And the place smells very strongly of incense. Also asked me what color and pointed to a wall full of nail polishes. I asked them which ones were gel and she pointed to the entire wall. Tried to clarify again and she pouted to the entire wall again. Then I noticed swatches hanging lol. read more

Went to Nail Land for my first time 3 weeks ago on the 17th of June. I got a pedicure and for also the first time, a full set of GellX nails. The entire process was fabulous and the prices were fair. The ladies who work there really take care of you and do an incredible job. They know i work with my hands a lot as a bartender and suggested the best shape and length of the nail for me. I am so happy I took their advice, it made all the difference at work! The first pic of the light glitter color is of my when i had my nails installed 3 weeks ago for the first time. I got my pedicure that day as well. You can see from the photos they are both beautiful and exactly what i wanted The second photo of my nails was taken 3 weeks later ! I was surprised they were able to do a fill and not have to do a complete new set. They are very skilled women and my pedicure looks just as fresh as it did 3 weeks ago. Anne is amazing! I had my nails done last week by someone else and it wasn't exactly what I wanted and Anne said to come on in and she'll fix it for me. Came in and re did them and they're perfect! Exactly how I like them. She's very gentle, precise and on point (I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to my nails so that says a lot lol). i made a last minute decision to go to a new place. it was bright and clean inside. the ladies were welcoming, especially Ann. i sat down to have a color change on my toes and nails. one woman (didn't get her name) was so rough and tough. her nails would dig into me. she would yank at my arms and hands. i'm a tough girl who can handle herself, but when you go into nail salons you really want gentle and relaxing. she is neither of those. and on top of that she was rushing the removal and painting in order to get to the customer that walked in after me. at one point her and Ann switched and she began doing my toes. she rushed all the way thru, so much so that Ann, in all her patience and kindness went back and made corrections and fixed my toenails to look beautiful. Ann also did my nails which looked perfect. Ann is amazing, she's very detailed and meticulous. i will ONLY go to her next time. she's kind and patient. she helped me find the color i was looking for from a picture. and she made sure my toes and nails were perfect when i walked out. had i walked out with the job that was originally on my toes, i wouldn't have returned. thank you Ann for a wonderful experience. i will be back in a couple of weeks. read more

Are used to come here for years, Nancy would do my pedicure in any of the girls would do my manicure and to be honest with you ever since it's gone under new ownership the quality of the manicures and pedicures are just trash, they saw your nails down and do the quickest job to get you in and out of there... Not to mention they've raised all the prices in the middle of the pandemic , I for sure won't be going back I miss the old owners and I hope that they come back. read more

I'm not going to lie I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Nail land has been hands down the best nail salon I have been to. Ann does such a great job on my fingernails and all the girls are great at pedicures. The staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this business!! For Halloween Ann put a special top coat that make my nails glow. So awesome read more

I have been coming to Nail Land on and off for years. Have bought numerous gift certificates and referred friends and family. Have always had great service and loved my manis and pedis. Today the owner was my manicurist. 3/4 of the way thru another 'elderly' patron came in and stated that if she wasn't in and out within an hour, she would have to leave. The owner proceeded to rush to finish my service and didn't include the massage. Told me to remind her next time. $28 for a manicure with no massage is ludicrous! I even gave a tip. I am disappointed to say the least and will not be back. Treat all of your customers equally is my advice to you. read more

I have been to this place so many years. The owner and the staffs are very friendly. They have been nicely treating all customers. Every time I come, I feel enjoy and relax because they ensure that I am happy and satisfied before I leave. Also, they are welcome me as a part of family.
