Got a dip manicure, they didn't clean up my cuticles at all, so no actual manicure, and all of them started lifting off 2-3 days after getting them done! 11 days later now and they're popping off. Won't be going here again, not worth $45+tip for a few days

They got usin for a double pedicures on the day we called. They have a lot of fun colors and it's a fun vibe here, very relaxing. You even get offered a bottle of water. read more

By far the best place ever. I got a pretty bad nail appointment from a different place and when I came into nail experts, they fixed me right up. They are welcoming and friendly. read more

I called 4 hours ahead and had an appointment for 3pm. I politely asked how long I'd be waiting only because the salon was full. I was told I'd have to wait awhile. I politely questioned the wait because I had made an appointment well in advanced and I expected to be served at the booked time. The little man got so unbelievably rude with me, practically ranting. He ranted that "nowhere is on time" to which I fired back "I go a lot of places with an appointment and I'm serviced at time of appointment, maybe a 5 minute wait." He continued to start an argument, be rude and engaging other customers. Gross. He continued to talk down to me as I was clearly leaving. Unprofessional. Rude. Purposely ignorant. Don't waste your time or money there. read more

This is, by far, the BEST nail salon I have ever been too ..beats Amarillo and surrounding salons by miles. Customer service is amazing, VERY skilled and knowledgeable techs. Nancy is wonderful and Johnny is excellent.. I have never had a bad experience with anyone they have staffed. read more

I always have my hair cut by Crews. She is awesome and always accommodating. I usually set up an…read moreappointment but at times will call at last minute to see if she can fit me in. If I'm having a 'big' haircut, it's easy for me to change my mind last minute, so I appreciate that she has always been able to find a 30-40 minute time for me to get in before I chicken out. lol Don't get me wrong, she has had customers throughout the day, she's good. My husband went to her once, but like many of the men (especially if they were in the military), he likes to have his neck razor cut, and there are very few with a barber license that allows them to do that. So he only went the one time, although he did like the cut he got, just wanted the razor shave on his neck. Crews is the only one that I've gone to at this salon and I highly recommend her.
