I went here for a fill of my acrylic nails. The technician who worked on my nails did not appear to…read moreknow what she was doing. She fumbled around with the equipment, switching things out when she could not make them work. I chose a cat's eye polish that requires a magnetic drawn across the nail to produce the cat's eye effect. The technician didn't do this step and when I asked her about it, she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her to just forget it as long as I wasn't charged for the process. Two days later a huge part of a nail fell off. My nail beds got chewed up so much that any time she put a solution on my finger it stung. I have a visible scab on my thumb from the over aggressive cutting. I will not be back.

They expect a certain level of kindness and to be welcomed. "Sit here in this chair" rather than saying please take a seat for example. We weren't welcomed or even greeted it was "last name?" and it was the same thing at checking out "last name?" Not oh how were your services or did you enjoy your time with us? Went in for microblading in May of 2025, worst decision of my life. When Doreen did my eyebrows…read morethey were uneven, not on brow-line and misshaped (one higher and arched the other extremely low and straight)and a huge gouge which still isn't healed. I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face.
