I've been to nail salons all around the world. This was the worst. The technicians don't speak any English. I dont usually expect that but it's obviously helpful. The guy who started my nails never used any cleaning products or alcohol. The tools came out of a drawer in his booth. He was really rude overall. The next lady that came to polish was nicer. HOWEVER, her work quality was poor. I told her several times that the polish was uneven and asked her to fix it... she just blamed it on the color of the polish being too light. A good nail tech would've added a layer. She didn't. Overall. I'd give the place a .5/5. If you're desperate go to LA nails in Donau. They aren't great either but are better than "American Concept". read more
